Holy Comfort, Batman
Hi. I looked all over Amazon for a footrest to go with my Steelcase Amia chair. I like my chair high but that made my feet get that drunk, tipsy feeling. After looking at many of the big names, I found that steel footrests are much more durable than plastic ones and last longer. But I couldn't find a steel one that had all the features I wanted. One's angle didn't lock in place...one was too sharp on the edges...or the others had mixed reviews. Then, I found "The Red Skateboard of Doom." I am not sure whether "The Red Skateboard of Doom" is made of metal...looks and feels like hard plastic. It sure is high quality. I mean, it better be for $149.94! WOOOOOOO!"The Red Skateboard of Doom" is both comfy and playful. Before I had it, I don't believe I moved my feet often. But I do now because it is so much fun! It becomes a part of your feet, basically. I move my chair out, the Red Doom comes out with me. Got to move to get a drink...with me. Got to move to pee, sitting down...with me. I often relax in my chair, which can change seat depth, and just spread my legs out. It's an amazing feeling. ^_^At first, I thought the padding was too hard when I felt it with my fingers. But, my feet disagreed. I also love the middle mesh without the padding. Just perfect. Though, actually, maybe I would prefer an all padded top...maybe the future? It will take abuse from shoes and is very easy to clean with a rag or so. This thing is strong and well made. The mesh will not be cut by a sharp toe nail anytime soon! O_OIf you stand on it, it locks in place. So, no, while it may actually look like a skateboard, it is not one. Also, I was surprised by how well it rolled on my hard floor. A tad looser, but, almost not noticeable. Very usable on there. But, this was not made for hard floors, so, as one person was, you may be disappointed if you don't have a rug or a carpet.Yes, I chose the Red. It goes with my Cooler Master CM Storm Spawn 3500 DPI Optical Sensor Gaming Mouse (SGM-2000-MLON1). Besides, I have too many Black things in here, and Silver is less interesting. The color adds to the fun factor, though, my chair is Navy Blue, so now I am Super Mario...or Spider-Man...or Harley Quinn. The only cons are that the wheels cannot lock in place if you wanted too. No, that Red thing on the side is not a lever, it's a loop for hanging. This almost made me reduce a star but, ultimately, I did not. It should be added to future revisions, though. Also, it is not heavy and it can flip up if you put too much weight on one side but you've gotta really push hard. Also, it is hard to tilt this at an angle. It is stiff if you do it with your feet and it wouldn't lock anyway. Not a problem for me since I don't need it tilted thus the 5 stars.Anyway, I will enjoy the following year, catching up on my World War II history and fragging in Battlefield 3, along with my Webble!Purchased from BriteObjects LLC....DW

Better than expected
Better than expected, it is perfect height and rolls where I want and when. I would consider my choice to be the best out of the other choices / competitors.

Webble footrest best I've had for comfort + it looks WAY better than the standard footrest
I was a bit reluctant to buy this office footrest because of the price tag but am glad I did. It's by far the most comfortable footrest I've every had, looks good and is well-made and durable. At first, I thought it would be hard getting used to it rolling around but that actually works well for moving my legs under my desk and allows me to adjust my position throughout the day without really thinking about it. Previous foot rest experience: kick it around to move it and then sometimes crawl under the desk to get it back into position if it's moved too far away. Not the case with the Webble: I can easily stretch my legs out on it then pull them back in with it moving along. It easily moves in all directions so any movement whether front-to-back or side-to-side is fluid and natural. My office has a carpet-covered floor with a chairmat so I don't experience it running away on hard floors as some other reviewers have noted. There are two reasons why I didn't give the Webble full stars: 1) the high price still bothers me a bit, and 2) we have yellow labs and their hair gets all over it. It's not the easiest to vacuum the hair off as it gets stuck in the webbing on the foot rest.

Be kind to your tired tootsies!
For all of us who struggle with back pain, or who become really fatigued stuck at our desks all day, I could not have imagined a more practical means to maintain proper posture. My physiotherapist lectures me about sitting with an erect posture, and straight spine, but the key is to keep your feet on the ground with your thighs parallel to the ground. This is where the Webble is an invaluable aid! Plus, I can kick off my shoes, and blissfully rub my tired tootsies on the Webble. Instant foot massage. And did I mention the Webble is modern, decorative and edgy? I keep a Webble at my desk at work, in our office conference room for long meetings, and at home, when I am relaxing in front of my computer. And of course, each Webble is a different colour, to coordinate with my decor! Kudos to whoever created this practical, foot-friendly device.

Perfect height, great support, and fun!
I had run into a problem with my gaming chair, in that it was too high, and my feet weren't comfortable on the ground. Once I got this, everything was right in the world! Whether I'm gaming or working hard, the support this gives is always just right, and I even get a little exercise by "skateboarding" under my desk with it from time to time.

Fun, formidable footrest
I was a skeptic especially given the price but my feet and knees were aching from going without a footrest so I decided to give this one a chance. Not only is it fun, it's super comfortable. I love stretching my ankles and dancing my feet about as I sit at my computer.

A pleasure to work with.
This is pleasure. I have two workstations on one desk. One is at an angle and the other straight on. This footrest goes with me as I move from one keyboard to the other also as I stretch my legs out or pull them in.

This is a good product and solved two problems for me
This is a good product and solved two problems for me: #1) I have a bit of trouble staying completely still and this was very helpful to me. It moves easily and the top of it is mesh that provides traction so your feet stay put and don't slip and slide all over. #2) I am very short and this served as a foot rest as well.I find it to be very high quality though I did think the price was a bit high, even for a very good product. Unfortunately, in my new job I am not able to use this due to the size. The design of my desk and chair simply do not allow for enough space to have this under there.
