What is the difference between your wax polish and scratch remover

wax polish is a wax coat which you apply on your car body and it forms a protective layer on your paint which protects you from minor scratches and it gives ur paint a shine.. where as scratch remover is a rubbing compound which removes a thin layer of your paint upon rubbing it.. there is no magical thing like a scrach remover .. by rubbing a thin layer of ur paint is removed and you get a scratchless surface.. google it for more info.. and do not buy this wax this is not good wax..

Is is too sticky to rub off ???

No, it rubs off easily as long as u do not let it dry too long.
