This was my first time purchasing CoQ10. I knew what I needed and what I wanted to pay and this was the perfect bottle. They are small capsules, easy to swallow, and with each one being 200mg I can easily take what I need. I only wish it came in a larger quantity because I am needing to take 600-800mg/day so I run through a bottle kinda quickly but for that price I do not mind ordering more.

I started taking CoQ10 about 15 yrs ago at the recommendation of my doctor for some side effects of a severe hypothyroid condition that we were trying to get under control. Back then, finding relatively high dose CoQ10 was almost impossible, and since I need to take 800mg per day, it was definitely inconvenient.Fast forward to today and there are a number of manufacturers providing 400mg CoQ10 in both soft gels and ”regular” hard capsules. I find the soft gels the easiest to take so I'm always keeping my eyes open for a new product in that arena. Saw these and decided to give them a try.The gels are shaped differently than my usual brand: these are shorter and wider while my other brand is shaped more like the typical capsule. The shape/size difference makes these much easier for me to swallow.As for the supplement itself, I’ve been using it for about a month and have noticed no change in effectiveness. Usually, if I miss a few doses or have to cut down to 400mg due to low supply, I can definitely feel the difference. This tells me that these must be the same or very close to the formulation of my now-former brand. These are more cost-effective, too.I definitely like these a lot, so much that i’m switching brands. I took this for a couple of weeks and I have muscle weekness as if I were taking nothing. I went to a local store and bought a coq10 supplement that works.

My acupuncturist told me to take it for helping with infertility issues. i honestly can't say i've noticed a huge difference, but i really like that the product is naturally fermented and is made from good ingredients. i do think i have good energy which CoQ10 is supposed to help, and i need all the energy i can get!

I take coq10 because I'm on statins. These are easy to swallow and easy in the stomach.
