Amazing Quality
I didn’t expect an electric toothbrush to change my life—but it kind of did. My teeth feel dentist-clean after every brush, my gums are healthier, and the built-in timer keeps me honest. It does all the work for me, reaches spots I used to miss, and even has cool features like pressure sensors and cleaning modes. Honestly, I’ll never go back to a manual toothbrush. Totally worth it.

The best.
I’m no stranger to sonicare. They are simply the best. However the good ones are expensive and should only be bought on Prime Day. I had a 4100 before this which was replaced once under warranty which replaced a fancy one like this that died long ago NOT on prime day. I am not paying what they charge for these normally and being outside Prime Day I went for the cheaper 4100. I think this is a very good toothbrush but hundreds of dollars seems crazy for a toothbrush. Then again what are your teeth worth? Before any Sonicares I did the battery powered thing and the regular brush thing. These are light years ahead. The 4100 was good, but this is insanely better. It is worth stepping up if you don’t mind paying for it.What this does. In a word everything. All sorts of brush modes. Intensities. Reminders. It comes with an actual AC charger stand with actual plugs unlike the 4100 USB C cable but provide your own wall adapter for it. Although if you write them they will send you the wall adapter for free. Did me anyway. This comes with a great travel case that’s also a charger, but oddly you still have to find a place for the cable and wall adapter. Not great when traveling but it’s ok. They also discontinued the free brush head offer when registering for your warranty. Bummer. Do register though as I have had to use it! Lastly it’s made in Indonesia.

Way Better Than Cheap Battery Brushes
I used to buy those battery-operated toothbrushes that randomly stop working even when the battery’s new. Total waste. The Sonicare ExpertClean 7500 is on a whole different level. It’s powerful, reliable, and my teeth feel way cleaner. No more guessing if it’s actually brushing or just buzzing. The built-in timer and pressure sensor are great bonuses, and the battery lasts a long time on one charge. Honestly, this thing makes the old ones feel like toys.

Great toothbrush!!
Love this toothbrush and it's pink as a bonus! I gave my old one to my husband as I had to have this one when I saw it. Exceeds my old model and my expectations, my teeth are cleaner than ever and charge last a long time!

Good value = Good Habits
Works well and I love the timed interval between beeping as it helps with good brushing habits.

$195 toothbrush to last about 11 months. Don’t buy!
The media could not be loaded. I’ve had sonic toothbrush’s prior, usually they last 4-5 years. I decided to get a new one about 11 months ago. Even with this cost I decided to go for it. I’m regretting my decision and I rarely have to write a poor review. But if this saves anyone money it’s worth it.But the photos and videos you see of others showing the head where the brush connects. This is cheap plastic and breaks easily. Mine lasted about 11 months and it fell over on the counter one day. The head part broke instantly. I submitted a request via the website for a warranty replacement. Within 24 hours it was denied. I provided all required documents and proof of purchase. Don’t waste your money on this cheaply made product. It will be the last time I purchase a Phillips product even thought I have purchased for 2 decades now. My opinion these are now made poorly because they can based on the brand reputation. It won’t last.Don’t buy unless you’re okay spending $195 for a toothbrush to last 11 months.

Great while it lasted (which wasn't long enough)
Initial rating: 5*Current rating: 3*For $150, you'd expect a toothbrush to last more than a year. This broke 11 months in, but others have reported in breaking far sooner. I always travel with it in its case, and it has suffered no other accidents or abuse. When it's working, it really is a fantastic toothbrush, and left my mouth feeling very clean. But how can I properly endorse a product that falters after a year? I was willing to put money where my mouth is, and still I end up with shoddy workmanship. The impassioned responses you'll see on Amazon aren't hard to empathize with. After using and loving the toothbrush, it breaks on you, and you're suddenly forced to revert to some subpar alternative whilst the slow warranty process tries to sort it out. The "easy serve yourself" warranty option on the website doesn't even understand the model number, so that's not a great start.I've had bad experiences with Philips before, and I really didn't want to go for this at first. But I did, and I was so pleasantly surprised. And yet...here we are. Same old story from Philips. Disappointing, and once again my trust for this brand has been broken (much like the wobbly motor pin).UPDATEThe Consumer Care Chat assistance wasn't as bad as I anticipated. They got right to the point and asked "Does the shaft feel secure? Yes/No.", and that is what's broken on mine. They're sending a replacement which should come within 5-10 business days (painful when you're used to Amazon speeds). I'll be using a manual brush till then.UPDATE - 09 Aug 2021It broke again. This time it seems to be a firmware issue, causing the lights to continually cycle and thus run down the battery constantly. Factory reset did nothing, and it means I can't rely on it for travel. However...again...Philips are sending a replacement. 3 toothbrushes since mid-2019, and only had to purchase the first. Annoying that it breaks, but I'm ever-hopeful then next handle stays good.

Great Electric Toothbrush
I love my new electric toothbrush! It deep cleans your teeth and gums beautifully. Be aware that the toothbrush heads included are of medium hardness and are not suitable for sensitive teeth. Mine are, so I just ordered soft heads. I missed the part in the info that says not for sensitive teeth. Very good price on Amazon prime day.
