Totally dissapointed.

A very good idea.I bought this for my eight year old granddaughter and I also bought 2 sim cards the gps one and the data (which I don't understand why they don't sell one with all the benefits). It arrived 3 weeks ago amd to this day my daugther haven't been able to "connect it".Neither card works with it 😩. Nobody has replyed to her questions and there's no way she can reach "customer service" if there's some 🤷‍♀️.It doesn't get the "signal" to connect to her android smart phone and she's just giving up on it.2 stars for the idea.

I bought this watch for my daughter because it has GPS & 2 way calling, nothing worked in the beginning, then I called the vendor and it worked.

Don’t waste your time!

Couldn’t get it to connect or work. Customer service tried to help me trouble shoot and it still didn’t work. Very disappointed.

Advertisement did not say sim card necessary!

It's for my granddaughter. We did not know it needed a sim card and the print on the enclosure is barely legible. A few of us could not read it, but finally my 12 year old grandson helped.
