Good protection but not ideal cover
The case portion that covers the back and sides is very sturdy and great. The front cover is OK, and seems to protect well... but doesn't trigger the ipad to go to sleep like previous covers. As such, I have to intentionally force the device to go to sleep or risk it wasting power. It will eventually turn off on its own, but it is surprising that they didn't design the front cover appropriately. I'm guessing it is missing magnets or something, that most other cases have.

Although product was not perfect, customer service was!
I had this problem: Cover does not close tight. The edges curl up about 1/4".Customer service rep sent me out a 2nd one and then manufacturing discovered that the cold temps during shipping caused the edges to curl a bit. They are working on a solution and have reimbursed me. Jessica was especially helpful and understanding. Am giving them 4 stars because she tried really hard to make this right. Other than the curling it is a quality product.

Bigphilo SPA Series Clear iPad 9.7i in Review
The case has a clear backing, I like this this because I had my sons iPad engraved amd this way you can see it. It has a place for him to store his Apple pencil. Compared to the version being sold at Apple it is almost the same. I havea few qualms with the Bigphilo case 1. The case is a bit heavy for my 7 year old, but fine for me. 2. I dont like the material used to make the portfolio(front cover) also it does not have a latching mechanism. So when my son is carrying it around if he holds it upside down the cover just hangs down. I also suggest buying a tempered glass screen protector with this case. But overall the case does it's job and it covers most of the bases. I believe I made a good choice and stayed within my buget.

Great protection
Nice padded case. Great corner protection. Only negative is that cover is a little too thick and makes it a little hard to tri-fold, but it is doable. Also wish it had a little stronger magnet in the cover to help keep the tri-fold together. Good case though overall.

Doesn't really work for standing upright
I really like the look and feel of this case. I like that it can hold the apple pencil on the side (though I have yet to use that feature) and it seems to be sturdy and protective. The only thing I don't like is that it doesn't really stand upright. The cover is supposed to bend back and be inserted in the space (just doing that can be a bit of a hassle) but after the cover is inserted as it should be, the ipad won't stand upright, it just topples backward. Not really a dealbreaker for me, though I do wish it worked as it's supposed to.

Great Buy!
This is a great buy for those who want a cover for the front screen. I was under the impression there was no cover, but decided to keep it as I felt it would be a hassle to send it back.

Good but not sturdy
I give this a 3 star because the flap isn’t sturdy when you fold it to keep iPad upright. It wiggles and sometimes falls back. Regardless...the cover is made with good quality material and will protect your iPad well.

Looks nice with good protection.
Case works well. Good protection for the iPad, easy placement for Apple pen. I do wish it folded easier, it has gotten floppier over time. Good product overall and definitely looks nice.
