Mechanical installation is straight forward, software setup is trial and error as the documentation is very sparse and what there is is poor. The 'cloud' access promises FAR more than it delivers. Accessing recorded video is a bit cumbersome and seems best viewed if saved to external media and viewed on another device (PC?).Records 4 channels with time and GPS, so it works very well as a dashcam. :-D

This company is amazing!They have helped me through every step!!Even though they have great instructions on how to set up I am not a Tec person!They never once complained about helping me!This is my second or with them and again the best of service and products!The MDVR box’s are easy to use the cameras are great quality pictures!But none of the products better how AMAZING their service is.

I bought this mobile DVR to monitor the cameras in my RV. It was easy to install and works exactly as I hoped it would. Customer service is excellent -- I had questions that were answered right away and a problem with the antenna was resolved quickly with no hassle.
