OK, I know these are ridiculously expensive, but when you are battling CYSTIC acne, you're willing to try anything (and I have!). I like the Hero ones (the red ones), but the Hero Salicylic acid dots do NOT work as well as these Zit Stika Killer ones. These are the bomb to your cystic pimple. Definitely worth a try. Follow the instructions exactly!

Easy to stay on for cheeks and forehead, would not stay on my chin though. Did help bring cystic acne to a head and calm down my problem spot. Not irritating at all. Too expensive to use regularly but good to have prior to a special occasion

I was SUPER skeptical about these because, let's be honest, anything promising to clear up pimples seems like a scam. But I finally decided to just give these a try. To be clear- I don't have bad acne and don't get horrible breakouts. I only get a few pimples a month (usually due to stress or hormones). But those few pimples are usually the kind that get big quick and stick around for a few days. So it was worth it to me to try something that might shorten their life! The first pimple I tried it on was on my chin (I get this one every month and it's always a pain to get rid of). I think I waited a day too long to give the patches a try and the zit was getting deep and red! I put a patch on and the next morning, it seemed to calm down a bit but not as much as I was hoping. So I did it again the next night with the same result the next morning. I finally decided this pimple was a lost cause and let nature take its course. I will say that this pimple didn't stick around for as long as it usually does and didn't become as big a problem as usual. The other day I woke up and noticed a pimple forming on my forehead, but I was heading to work and couldn't do much about it and just prayed it'd lay low until I got home that evening. When I got home, I immediately applied a patch because I could see the spot getting redder and bigger. SEVEN HOURS LATER, I decided to remove the patch before bed just to see if it worked because I could under the patch that the swelling had gone done considerably. When I removed the patch, I was shocked! It was all gone. The next morning I was worried it would return- but nothing!! It was like nothing had ever been there. So I think that's the trick for me- as soon as I see a bad pimple coming up, I need to apply a patch asap. These little guys really work and I recommend them- whether you want to get rid of a pimple instantly or shorten its time on your face. These are worth it and I'm impressed! I will definitely order more and keep these handy when I travel!

I’ve been using this product for years and love the quality. It works very well. The only things is I ordered the 16 count and was expecting the 16 micro dart patches and it only came with 8 patches and the wipes that come with it. I would just purchase original count. I’m guessing they included the wipes which total 18, but I was expecting it to be the actual patches themselves and I feel the wipes should already be included with the patch since the ingredients are within the wipe. You save a few bucks just purchasing the original count.

These are not effective on deep cystic acne, they are not a replacement for getting a steroid injection at the dermatologist. However, I had a pimple that lingered around even after the steroid shot and this finished it off. It has to be a pimple close to the surface so that the darts can jab into it and hit it with OG-76 (antimicrobial + skin soothing), salicylic acid, and niacinamide.

I bought ZitSticka for a really deep, dark red, and uncomfortable blemish right where the head meets the neck. It had been hanging around for about a MONTH and I was so tired of looking at it. I applied a regular hydrocolloidal patch to the blemish for four hours during the day and then at night I did my regular routine and followed the instructions in the kit. A few swipes of the medicated wipe felt like the skin was being woken up and refreshed for the next step. The microdarts don’t hurt or feel uncomfortable when you press the patch in but you might feel a very slight sensation when applied. I left the patch on overnight and the next morning the lingering zit was GONE! It was completely flat and, though there was some redness in a circular shape there the microdart patch was, the area was nowhere near the angry red color it was before. By the next day the redness was completely gone and the deep pimple left only the slightest mark, which is healing quickly thanks to aloe gel. This kit is kind of expensive relative to other patches out there but it is important to remember that these are for the kinds of blemishes that a cheaper patch will never fully heal. Totally worth the investment in your skin.
