Just what we needed.
Just what our 2006 f350 needed. Fit great, had all the parts, no leaking.

Great product, good alternative to the OEM part.
Comes with everything required and works well, have put a good amount of miles on it since the install and oil temps are the same or better than the OEM piece. Usually it is recommended to only use the OEM cooler, but this one works great, fits well, and comes with everything you need for the install.

Was recommended this oil cooler.
The first photo is the old one second photo is the new one.I installed the new mishimoto oil killer. Use their gaskets and O-rings. Looks and feels to be of good quality and amazing workmanship. At this time it looks and seems to be as good as OEM if not better. Only time will tell. I pull a 12,000 pound 38 foot bumper pull camper. So keeping the all cool as I must. Will update in a couple of months to let you know that if it’s still working or if it fails. This truck is my daily driver and my work truck.

Did not last
Just failed. Less then 10k miles and one and a half years. Has a lifetime warranty and I spoke with them twice and they still hadn't sent my replacement. And it's been over a week when they told me I would receive an email within 48hrs when it is shipped.

Works well no issues, good value.
Installed this Mishimoto oil cooler on my 2004 f250 6.0 Diesel. This cooler was a third of the cost of an OE replacement. So far my deltas are good at 9-11 degrees and no signs of leaks or issues. For those of you thinking about tackling this job be sure to watch DIY videos and make sure you have the correct tools needed to complete the job. Clean everything and torque in order and to set values, take your time and you’ll have a successful repair.

Not bad... but not perfect
I replaced my oil cooler with this one while I had the motor apart for other work. My Temps had been getting up to 15-17 degree deltas prior. After installing this, they're solid at 10 degrees. It doesn't perform as well as the OEM one, but it's still holding up after a few thousand miles. It definitely seemed like it has bigger passages than stock, so I'm guessing that's where the efficiency went. I would buy it again.

Great oil cooler, O rings/gaskets
Great product, but not a big fan of the O rings or gaskets. Had to tear back in to the truck after installing due to a cut in a O ring (pictured) don’t understand how it could’ve gotten cut because it sits in a groove and was well lubricated with trans grease during install. Just go ahead save time order ford oem gaskets.
