Nutricost Tudca 500mg, 30 Capsules (Tauroursodeoxycholic Acid) - Premium Quality, Gluten Free

Great product! I have been using Tudca for a couple years. I used this one for maybe a year, and then I went to another one with a higher dose. I used that one for a year, until I accidently bought this one recently. It was then that I discovered that this one has the bitter Tudca taste, and the other one had no taste at all. Tudca usually keeps me regular, but I had been constipated while using the other one. I am now back to being regular. Tudca is supposed to be very good for your liver. I will never change brands again.

I take this and NAC as a liver support ancillary. I've heard other people recommend milk thistle too, though I personally don't take it. My blood work looks good.

Many people are familiar with & most likely have taken Milk Thistle or maybe even Liv52 ,which are fine, but to be real honest, TUDCA is is FAR BETTER!• Keep reading to find out why!• TUDCA which is Tauroursodeoxycholic acid, is a chemical naturally produced in the human body & it is in a form of salt before it transforms into TUDCA. I bought these as a more affordable alternative to the name-brand supplements my doctor recommended. Since this is a 3-month fertility supplement, I can’t yet say if they’re working as intended. What I did notice is that the capsules all had a powdery coating, which makes me think one may have burst. The taste is unpleasant, and I honestly dread taking them. That said, the price is a huge plus—they’re about half the cost of the name brand, which makes them a much more budget-friendly option.
