I've been using a grinder meant for human nails with my dog for almost a year now. It got the job done but it took time and it vibrated a lot so my dog wasn't a big fan of it. This Sumotuwo grinder doesn't vibrate at all, I think because the dremel head is both large and heavy compared to what we're used to. I don't even need to bother using clippers anymore since this can grind through the nail quickly if you press firmly enough while still being gentle enough for delicate areas of the nail if you're careful.I can't tell you my dog loves nail grinding time, but she seems to have much less of a problem putting up with it now that it goes much faster and there are less uncomfortable or painful vibrations. I'm a seriously happy camper and I wish I'd gotten something more appropriate for the task like this from the start.

So far, so good. This worked great for my dog. He sat and allowed me to grind his nails with no problem at all. This nail grinder produces very little vibration so you can hold it for long periods of time. I was very cautious not to hold it on my dogs nail for a long period of time because I was afraid the grinding would cause his nail to get hot. It also came with a small pair of nail clippers with a guard. They would not do for a big dog but they worked great for my little dog. It helped that they fit my hand. For the price, you won't be disappointed.

I have two medium dogs and they like to sleep on the sofa. After a few weeks, the leather of the sofa started to break down by scratches made by the long nail of my dogs. Usually, I procrastinate buying stuff and think over if I need it or not. Immediately this time, I decided to try this electric trimmer out. Oh boy, after getting this, no more scratches on the sofa. It is really easy to trim my two medium dogs' nail. This does work with small and big dogs too. Remember to cut the nail first if it's too long before trimmer the nail.

It's a nail grinder which I liked because I made the painful mistake of cutting the nails to short for my dog one time and I felt horrible about it. This kit comes with a clipper too. So far I only had to use it once to take the sharp edge off her paws but it worked very well. Easy to hold. Any USB micro cord will work to charge it. Thumbs up.

I have 2 boxers and use traditional nail clippers, just one time of cutting too low and this makes cutting nails so much easier and stress free. The sound is quiet so the dogs did not get nervous, just read the directions to not file too long, very impressed and great product.
