Sad to know I can no longer find the Ezekiel 4-9 cereal FLAKES. They were very healthy and mixed well with fruit, honey., yogurt, and whole milk.Let me know when they are available for purchase again and I’ll buy them again

I purchased this cereal because it had really good reviews. The cereal taste terrible. I understand that it’s healthier for you, but there are other brands out there that are just as healthy and taste 100% better.

Tasteless and boring

Pleasant taste and lots of protein and fiber. I don't understand why people say that this tastes horrible. Simply put, it's not loaded with sugars and salt like similar products so don't expect it to taste like the usual grocery store cereal made for kids. Nice and crunchy. A little goes a long way, so it's economical. I love it on Greek yogurt. To reduce spoiling, I keep and opened box in the fridge and an unopened box in the freezer.
