READ DESCRIPTION - will not work with WAHOO
Ok, the first thing you may say is, "it doesn't say it will work with WAHOO." However, and this is important, this same strap did work with WAHOO a year ago. I purchased this a year ago for my 11 year old. It worked great. This summer he lost his strap. So, I got online and ordered the exact same strap (even told me I had purchased it already) using BUY AGAIN. The spacing of the snaps is just a tad off. The WAHOO clicks in place but it is not a solid SNAP. Within minutes of riding the transmitter pops off. It keeps popping off. I tried everything to get it to solidly snap in place and it pops out with the slightest movement.I didn't want to ding the source with a bad review. The produced worked GREAT when it was compatible with WAHOO and GARMIN. So, the ACCURACY , COMFORT and VALUE were real. When I purchased as a replacement the description changed (I didn't notice) to only address POLAR.Hopefully, anyone that thinks that snaps look the same needs to be aware that this will NOT WORK with WAHOO or GARMIN. Wish it did because this offers the smallest chest size around.

Great affordable alternative - works with Garmin HRM
I'm a triathlete, I train pretty much all-year so I use my heart-rate monitor a lot.My OEM Garmin strap has had enough of my activities and gave in last week (after two years of hard work). I wanted to get another Garmin strap but it was relatively expensive.Instead, I've purchased this strap, plugged in my Garmin heart-rate monitor and worked right out of the box. I tested it yesterday during a two-hour training and it held up like a champ. Given the price point, this is a great alternative.Few more things to mention; it's nice to be able to pick a size. I wear small in men's t-shirt and I went to with small strap and worked great. The strap is even softer than the Garmin OEM strap. The metal plugs which holds the actual heart rate monitor are solid and tight; I don't expect the HRM to come off easily. The buckles which allow you to resize are plastic-coded metal - so it's pretty solid.Even if this strap gave in, as some other folks here mentioned, in a season or two, I'd still get another one. In the long run, it'd still be cheaper than Garmin OEM strap. Happy customer so far after one use! Check out some pics.

Great value, watch for the size.
Works with my Garmin HR monitor.Looks like it will not last as the original.I did not notice that it comes in sizes, small will barely fit me but it is usable. A little uncomfortable.Good value, I will buy another one when this fails.

The product worked great for the first few months and then stopped working
The product worked great for the first few months and then stopped working. I tried getting a refund or replacement but was told that it is "outside the refund window". The guarantee was only for 30 days and the product stopped working after 3 months.

Almost great....
Where the stitching is to close the strap it's so sharp I had to put paper tape on it to stop it from digging into my skin. Also the hook closure is not comfortable at all. But it's half the cost of a polar strap so... Decide which is more important to you. Cost or comfort. If it's cost, buy it. If it's comfort, order the polar strap.

Great replacement for a Garmin strap
I've gone through about 3 Garmin straps and one Motoactv strap. I end up changing the batteries in each about every 6 months. The straps seem to last about a year--there's a point where even after changing the battery, the strap is worn out to the point where it doesn't read my HR consistently and I'll see drops or spikes.I ordered this one and snapped one of my Garmin transmitters on. It's the one that came with the soft strap and it fits perfectly. I'm 5'1" and about 108 lbs and I ordered the XS/S. It looked tiny but adjusts to fit me well. I find it relatively comfortable also--the Motoactv strap had the metal piece to adjust it on the left side and it always dug into me. This one has that piece but somehow its placement works better for me.I've been using it for a couple of weeks now. My Motoactv watch picks up the signal much faster with this strap than it did with any of the others. The HR data is good--no spikes or drops--and it works consistently well thus far. I'm assuming I'll have to change the transmitter battery in 6 months like always, and if this strap lasts a year like the others, I'll be happy, especially considering how much cheaper it is. I will update the post once I know how long it lasts.

Works for Orangetheory pods
I have a 2015 (older) chest strap from OTF, and my heart rate started showing wild swings between gray and red. The OG strap was 100% done. This replacement strap fits my oval-shaped pod. It's not perfect, but it's pretty close and still reads accurately during class. If you have a more recent pod (the slim black one), it'll probably be perfect. The spacing of the snaps between generations seems to be off by 1/8".The XS/SM size is nice, especially since the OTF sizing only has two options. This is a much easier fit along my ribcage, without slack in the band or slipping during workouts.

Great comfy universal heart rate monitor replacement strap
Works perfect as my Garmin 310XT heart rate monitor belt. Does NOT come with heart rate monitor sensor; you must have your own. This is only the replacement belt and i first I was worried that my Garmin sensor wouldn't fit on the set snap buttons on this strap, but it fits perfect - the belt is truly universal for the clip on heart rate monitor sensor. Good quality and belt is comfortable and soft to touch. It is true to size and fits true to size, sort of snug.
