For me this was not about the quality of the product... But the confidence and self discovery my boys got while ditching the floaties and learning to swim and dive, in the deep section!!! (our share joy), diving after these and other dive toys. I am confident that these boys, having just a few months earlier been afraid of the water, getting use to it in floaties, and now fearless of water have discovered their courage and power. That is far more important to me than anything!

They were really cute and the children loved them but they didn’t light up!

Needed this for a vacation with a house with a pool. I received with one of the toys looking used! It has this super gross brown mark at the bottom and tried washing it off and will not come off! It looks like poop or dirt! It's disgusting to look at. The other two were in good condition and we used those at the pool and we love the light up feature! It's especially cool at night when going night swimming! Only thing is when I took it out of the water and by the sink to dry it kept lighting up all night and there is no way to turn off the light which I think will use up the battery.

Not sure how this item is getting the great reviews. They are junk. Only 2 of the 3 worked initially. After one time in the pool for a very brief time the second one stopped working and after one day all three no longer work. Water gets in the battery department and black corrosion immediately forms ruining then. They are cute and while working our 5 year old granddaughter loved them but that didn’t last long. Will be returning

I see a lot of mixed reviews for this. So far, I don't have any complaints. I've used this with the same batteries they came with, and maybe a dozen baths so far (no pool). All three still work and work well. Maybe it's with chlorinated water they rust more because of the chemical properties involving a certain amount of sodium.

These little things are the coolest. How do they make it water activated? You put it in the water and the thing lights up, remove it from the water and it turns off. My grandkids love to dive for them.

They are cute but not made very well. Unfortunately only one of the 3 work properly! It seems as though the battery compartments don’t squeeze the batteries in place tight enough. We pushed down to tighten them and the two that wouldn’t work would work but when you try to screw the cap that tight so it will stay working the rings break inside so then it’s completely broken. My 4 year old loved them in his Easter basket and couldn’t wait to play with them!
