I ordered this for my son and by chance got the "book" one. I am not sure what that even is?

That is the “chase” or rare version of Jim’s pop. It’s actually from a scene that aired originally on NBC but they deleted from the version that airs on Netflix, so many have not seen it and don’t know what it is. They deleted the scenes as many found a part of the scene offensive because of a comment Michael makes regarding suicide. In the scene the characters are dressed up for Halloween and Jim wrote “Book” on his face to be “Facebook” for Halloween. Your version of Jim is very rare and many die hard collectors would LOVE to get that version! Myself included! I’m sure someone would trade you for their “regular” version or you could just buy another one and sell the “book” version on EBay!
