This is a great product at a great price. I started to purchase at one of the big box stores where I get my pellets. For less paper they wanted 3 times the cost.If you do a lot of slow smoked meat (brisket, ribs, Boston Butt) you know the importance of the wrap for the bark. Having this available and in a box where you can cut it to length, makes producing quality smoked meat a breeze.

Very good product. great value

This is our favorite butcher paper. It’s thick and does a great job soaking up grease. It’s easy to use, and easy to cut on the edge it comes with, but be careful it’s sharp! Great size, perfect for grilling trays. We haven’t used it for wrapping yet but it seems like it would be great for wrapping meats and sealing in flavor.
