Love this item. I needed something nice looking as well as functional for my spring water to dispense. This is beautiful stainless steel . It looks nice on my counter. Easy to clean before adding more water in. The spout is made well all steel parts . When the liquid level gets low, you have to tip it to dispense the reat its about a quart of water that you need to do that with. That a little annoying, however i can deal with that because its so perfect in the other areas I needed.If they come out with a better design where more liquid will empty out without tipping it over, I will buy it for sure. They also have a beautiful copper one.And I love copper! Water sitting in good quality copper mineralizes the water which is awesome. However copper turns color, and requires more than just washing it . I have cups, and water bottles and they are annoying to keep shiny. I rather take pinches of sea salt during the day to get my minerals . The copper oxidizes quickly , where the stainless steel stays shiny . Well made item. Happy with my purchase

Just received this 5 gallon dispenser and I’m very happy with it. The spigot seems heavy duty and high quality although time will tell. So far I’m very happy.
