These work great for what we needed them for. Used on our sliding doors as alarms for my granddaughter. Super loud and super easy to install.

We passed our fire marshal safety inspection with this door alarm in the pool room at our vacation rental home. It works well. Alarm is loud and annoying. Easy to install.

I purchased four of these and they all work fine. I used command strips to stick the main unit to the wall and painters tape cut into small double-sided strips to stick the sensors and extra bypass switch. I did this so I can remove everything without damaging the wall. My doors are not on the same plane as the interior wall because there is moulding around all of the doors. This makes it a little tricky to place the sensor wired to the unit, but fortunately there is enough "allowable gap" in the sensor's sensitivity that it was not a problem for me. The alarm is very loud and cycles through different sirens. I was concerned about passing a town inspection (strict pool rules in a town near Boston, MA) but these units were fine. I don't intend to use these regularly but if I did my one complaint is that the wire to the extra bypass button / switch is very short, as are the wires for the extra pair of sensors. So much so that I couldn't set it up to be used on the screen doors. If you want something that is going to work on the main door AND a screen door, these may not work in all circumstances. Otherwise they served the purpose I needed.

We received 3 sets of the alarms. 1 did not work, you could also tell that some had been repackaged, the plastic was resealed. The instructions are also very confusing because they tell you that batteries are not included, and that batteries ARE included.

Needed to pass for a pool inspection. Did not use the adhesive backing because we didn’t plan on leaving them on the door. We use a putty adhesive to affect them to the doorframe and then we’re able to remove them.

I installed this product today and it kept coming off of the wall with the provided wall adhesive. I have the the Techko S187D that the pool builder put in my powder room in 2018 and it's still on the wall. Not sure what's going on with this product but I'd pass. I'm hoping the seller will see this review and send replacement tape to secure this unit to the wall. Also, there was very little information/instructions regarding how to install much less how to install on uneven surfaces. I figured it out with the help of testing the unit and attachments and a few youtube videos on how they actually looked on a sliding glass door.

The media could not be loaded. THIS IS THE BEST POOL DOOR ALARM: In the world of pool safety this is the GOAT door alarm. Looks like a ring alarm on the we all. This is the best product I have found due to bypass feature which allows the adults and tall peoplr to open the door and close it without setting off the alarm. The double sensor is so you can leave the sliding door open and the screen door closed. I lost my nephew on the 4th of July, 2020. If they had these he might be alive today. That is why I made a video and taking my time on this review. It is the ONLY well thought out pool alarm that's not annoying to use and safe. Most of the other ones for non have a bypass button. I would throw that away in a week. For only $50 it's affordable and easy to use. You have no excuses, if you own a pool you need one of these. I'm happy to review any similar products that can match or beat this one but I couldn't find any competition after searching for hours .

We needed this for a pool inspection. It was so difficult to put up, my husband ended up rigging it so that we could pass the inspection, then we immediately took it down.
