Don't want to drill into your floors? Use these!!!
I didn't want to create holes in my floors for a barn door in case of future changes. I ordered these instead and they are wonderful! Easy to install, very sturdy, and come with a felt lining to not scratch the floors. Big fan!

Adjustable is the way to go!
Glad we bought the adjustable guides. When we made the barn door we were unsure of the final width, and wanted a guide that would decrease any ‘wobble’ as the door opened and closed. This one works perfect, it’s nicely made, and looks good. It was easy to mount to the wall, with a low profile that sits flush to the floor. Great little product!

Easy to install and secure
These are sturdy and keep the door secure. They look nice. Easy to install. The only con was, I bought this because of the roller being on both sides of the door, but the distance of the outside of the first roller to the back plate is 1 inch. So the door stuck out away from the wall 1 inch. I removed one roller and just have the door slide between the plate and 1 roller. Works well.

Easy to install, read the instructions!
Got them delivered today and installed before the end of the day. Overall it was a very easy install. I used an 11/32 drill bit to drill the holes for the wall anchors and seems to have been a perfect fit. Make sure to hand turn the attaching screws so you don't strip out the anchors! The only other thing to pay attention is that there is the very bottom nut that goes underneath, and there is another nut at the bottom of the roller. Its the nut on the bottom of the roller you tighten to keep the rollers in place. If you use the allen wrench on the top of the roller, that'll squeeze the rubber and make it not spin as well.Adjusting them once the doors were back on was also easy. The provided wrench is pretty skinny, so adding that last 1/2 to full turn was not hard. Time will tell if these are of good quality. I do have some slight concern regarding using wall anchors, but if a kid grabs the door and wrenches on it, there probably wasn't a lot I could do no matter what.

Worked great
First time we installed barn doors. We love the smooth rolling wheels where there is stability for the bottom of the doors! Excellent buy don’t hesitate!!! I hope this helps!

Somewhat difficult to install - Sturdy Guide for 200 lb door
I built a 6' wide by 8' high door for the bottom of my basement stairs. Door is 2-1/4" thick and weighs about 200 lbs. Door is installed on a typical cheap Chinese-made metal barn door track. These guides are sturdy and roll with little friction due to the ball bearings. A little tricky to install due to having both an allen screw and hex nut to tighten. After adjusting them both a little eventually got it right. I ended up buying a second guide. Strongly Recommended.

Work, but a pain in the behind to adjust/install
They are built so cheaply that they are a pain to set up at the right width and tighten down the rollers while still allowing them to roll freely. Took 15-20 minutes to play with to get just right. But they do work once you've got them set up. Manufacturer should modify the design.
