Merrement Kegel Exerciser Training Program, Weighted Ben Wa Balls with String for Kegel Exercises

I've never used kegel weights and even the idea of doing kegels is still pretty foreign to me,I've need using these for about a week so far and they are super easy! The directions in the box are short sweet and very to the point. I was extremely nervous putting it in the first time, but it wasn't too bad and if I'm standing or laying down its not uncomfortable. I didn't read the ebook, but will probably get to it as I am sure it has some very helpful information.This product also shipped quickly and was packaged very nicely.If you want to strengthen your kegels I would say this is a great investment.

I was skeptical about ordering this, but it's supposed to be really good for toning the pelvic floor. I was also concerned about the material--that it would be irritating. I really like this product and look forward to using it for my daily workouts. It comes beautifully packaged. The quality is excellent. I liked dealing with the Ollie Shops Company and would go to them first for future purchases.

I read a few reviews here....So first of all be sanitary/hygenic. You should wash them before and after using them every time (like with anything else that you'd put inside your body). Unless you are sensitive to the material I don't see how they can give you UTI's.Second, if you can't "feel them" all the more reason to use them. About a day after getting them the seller sent me an e-book that explained how to use them and different exercises to do. You can also find this info on line, but I found the e-book very helpful, made me think of things or realize things I hadn't thought of.Overall, they are very well made. Smooth, easy to use if you follow directions. And yes, I could feel a difference the first day--i was a little muscle sore the next day. Yes, I do kegels often, but never with any aids, and the beginner ball felt a little snugger than I thought it would be.The shipping package was discrete too. Shop with confidence.

Bought these after baby just in case- didn't need them- even the one you are supposed to use as an expert did nothing.

They have really helped with my leaky bladder since having my baby and my husband has noticed the muscle tone. Great product!

Fantastic product. I travel with these and they really do work.

So far i'm liking them. they are lighter then i expected, practically weightless, but I've only tried them twice now
