Tatco25500 Sturdy Molded Reflective Traffic Cone

The cone arrived with a sticky substance all over it. I’m tired of having to return purchases to Amazon and it’s going outside anyways. So I just put clear tape over the sticky parts to keep bugs and dirt from sticking all over it. The cone itself is nice and substantial, so I would probably give it four stars before using it. I’m giving it three stars for the quality that it arrived in.
