This JBL PartyBox 1000 is an absolute beast! The sound quality is crystal clear, with powerful bass that you can feel through the floor. The Bluetooth connection is super stable, and the light effects make it look amazing at night. One word of advice: it’s so loud that you’ll definitely want to be careful with the neighbors! Loud AF. The Neighbors hate it. It’s amazing. I couldn’t be happier. Said it has an internal battery but it doesn’t but that’s ok. It’s still worth it but just know it has to be plugged in to power. Lots of cool light functions and you can’t Bluetooth it to the tv but I bought a long aux cord and it works great as a surround sound for watching movies. Very durable and tough feeling also. No chance of tearing it up unless you’re sure rough with it. It’s pretty heavy also but it has a handle and wheels.

Talk about blowing off the doors, this speaker does it all. It is not for the person who doesn’t like LOUD. It has Bluetooth connectivity so you can play your favorite music off your phone. Make sure you read the dimensions before buying. It is huge, but the sound is fabulous. It is more for a large venue rather than a private home.

Works great no issues my girlfriends dad loves this thing was a gift and he is always showing it off to everyone at party's! Super loud and excellent bass, no built in battery but if you buy a portable battery it will work with it and it looks beautiful with all the lights!

Nice speaker system. So far does way more than expected.

I just purchased the 1000 and I’m blown away at the sound quality. Don’t need an EQ with these, sound is already perfectly pitched with monster bass, treble and midrange. It’s not just loud but the sound is refined with zero distortion. I’m already planning to buy a second one and have only had this one for one day! It has wheels and can be moved but it’s so big that I wouldn’t risk moving it around too much. Also, it’s water resistant but needs to be plugged in and does not have an internal battery source. Plus, it’s too nice to be spilling water on it or allowing it to be exposed to rain. Only one drawback, for some reason the JBL party box app supports all of their other blue tooth speakers accept the 1000. This doesn’t make sense because even the much cheaper sound bars and mini boom boxes are supported. I think if you drop $1000 for a speaker it should include all of the bells and whistles. I also have the 720 and it is fully supported, I can fully control the 720 with my iPad or iPhone without having to physically turn the box on using the speakers power button every time. The 1000 does not have a stand by mode, it shuts off automatically after so many minutes of non use and then has to be turned back on using the power button on the box.

The absolute best speaker! Great sound quality and super versatile. This speaker does get loud, it’s a freaking blockbuster of sorts, I love it!
