Great. Product. However the delivery by Fed Ex was less than terrible. Product package was thrown into a wee patch adjacent to our driveway and looked like a piece of trash thrown out of a passing car window, Fed Ex, you should be ashamed. Two packages in a row. One lost and this one treated like a piece of crap.

The best around
I swear I haven't even had a head cold since I started taking this stuff back in 2017. My doctor recommended I start taking a multi vitamin and I looked around trying to figure out which is the best, and I do believe this is it :)

Best multi for me
I like that this is a softgel so it’s more likely to be absorbed and it is higher potency than most multi vits. I supplement with a separate vitamin K.
