Just what my weakened 'tail' requires for longer journeys

I needed a support cushion for sciatica usually manifesting in the buttock or thigh. The cushion proved too short leaving much of my thigh unsupported. After one journey of 160 km the cushion lost much of its support and by the end of the return was largely uncomfortable. I should add that I weigh 100 kg, but then so do much of the population so expect that to be considered in the design.
