I thought purchasing this would help with not having to hold a hot cellphone to my ears. I can hear the caller well. But the caller said I sound like I'm in a tunnel on their end. The phone is purple and really cute.

I'm very pleased with this. It is nice and lightweight with a pleasing texture. The sound quality is quite clear and comfortable for long conversations.

Product seems to work ok...... unable to tell if part is broken or if it just doesn't light up. No ebghkish writing anywhere. There is a button that looks like it should light up and it does not. I would definitely return, not sure if it's worth the hassle. :/

When the handset arrived, I tried it out immediately and was very disappointed with the sound quality. When I went to say that I wanted to return it, I got an automated reply that it "was not eligible for return". I don't recall seeing it's ineligibility for return in the product information as I was thinking about buying it.Amazon - - - Please intervene.

Works well. Loved by middle and high school kids who treasure anything retro.
