Solid Performance from MOOG K6439 Stabilizer Bar Bushing Kit
I recently installed the MOOG K6439 Suspension Stabilizer Bar Bushing Kit on my Chevrolet Silverado 1500, and I’m impressed with the quality and performance of these bushings. The installation process was straightforward; the kit fit perfectly without any adjustments needed, which is a relief because you never know with aftermarket parts. The difference in ride quality was noticeable immediately. My Silverado now has less roll in the corners and overall feels much tighter and more stable on the road. It’s like breathing new life into my truck’s suspension system. The MOOG bushings are clearly made from high-quality materials, and they hold up well under stress—ideal for both everyday driving and more demanding conditions. For anyone looking to enhance their vehicle’s stability and reduce wear on other suspension components, I highly recommend the MOOG K6439 bushing kit. It’s a cost-effective upgrade that delivers on performance and durability.

Made in USA, Good to go!!!
I installed these MOOG K6439 sway bar bushings on my 1997 C1500. It was a perfect fit and they went on with no issue. Some videos online show folks removing the entire center link the replace the bushings. I was able to install them with ease without removing the center link. Mine were made in the USA and seem to be a thermoplastic instead of rubber, which will hopefully resist leaking oil better.

Not the best fit
I installed the bushings on my 2003 Chevrolet 2500HD. The bushings fit the bracket perfect but it did not close at the gap as well as I had expected. Although installed I do not for see an issue.

New is good.
Work fine. Do it every 4-5 years in the rust belt and use new bolts with anti seize. Did one recently and the bolt was the size of a toothpick. Got lucky. Dang rust is a killer..

Yes, get these for the 32 mm Chevrolet sway bar!!
TL;DR version: Fits my 2005 Z71 Tahoe front sway bar.I was stuck between this set and the K6437 for my Tahoe's front sway bar. The front sway bar on all Z71 Tahoes should be 32 mm, which is 1 1/4" .... unfortunately, when you look up any part for the sway bar on the Tahoe, you're given the option to choose a part based on the 1 3/16" (30 mm) or 1 5/16" (33 mm).Conventional wisdom for normal rubber sway bar bushings would be to just get the larger size and just crank down the bolts to get a snug fit. The problem is that these are "thermoplastic" (i.e. not as soft / flexible) so you don't get much room for snugging up the bushing to the sway bar without running into a potential issue with there being a gap between the bar and the bushing (which is obviously bad news).I ordered both K6439 and K6437 bushings just to be sure and the K6439's fit the bill. The smaller bushings were very close to closing completely around the sway bar, but I knew that if I used those that I wouldn't be able to get the brackets tightened all the way down to the frame.Tightening the bolts for the bushing bracket snugged up the bushing to the sway bar just enough to where there isn't any play (that I've been able to notice so far).

Not for my 2003 Tahoe LS
These did not fit my 2003 Tahoe LS, after Amazon said it would. These are for 33mm front sway bar. Mine has a 30mm sway bar. Check this diameter of your sway bar before ordering! 30mm Moog part# is: K201175
