I remember that too! These have little cartoons/game inside, but not the ones that we used to get. Same soft delicious gum though!

According to the list of ingredients in Kanji (Japanese), it is. It certainly tastes the same and feels the same from when I used to get it in the 70's and 80's. However it is smaller and harder to blow bubbles.

Cant tell it is all in Japanese, but i can say They are very soft
