I waited about a month to make this product review because I wanted to ensure I used it and saw results. I have mature skin and my under eye needed some hydration. I haven’t really been able to wear concealer or anything under my eyes because they were so dry. Cue this stuff. I’m here to tell you that my under eyes look so good! I started out only applying in the am but in the last week I opted to do both day and night. While I haven’t tried concealer yet, I can see the difference. The circles aren’t as dark under my eyes and the skin doesn’t look so tight. I’m shocked to be honest.Im shocked because I didn’t really think anything would work. If you are on the fence, I’d say get it.I will say from this seller, the packaging was all banged up when I received it but the product itself was intact and fine. Highly recommend getting this product!!

Love this. So smooth and moisturizing. Absorbs into the skin quickly and cleanly. It’s not sticky or tacky at all. I really do feel it makes my eyes look brighter. I use this one in the morning and a retinol one at night.

've been using the Neutrogena Hydro Boost Hyaluronic Acid Eye Gel Cream for a while, and overall, I like it. The gel texture feels lightweight and refreshing, providing good hydration for the delicate under-eye area. It absorbs quickly, and I appreciate that it's fragrance-free and doesn't clog pores.While it does a good job at keeping the skin around my eyes moisturized, I haven't noticed any dramatic improvements with dark circles or puffiness. It helps with dryness and gives a slight boost to the appearance of fine lines, but don’t expect instant results. The product is easy to apply and feels soothing, especially in the morning.If you're looking for an affordable hydrating eye cream, this one is a solid choice, but it’s not a miracle worker. I'll continue to use it unless I find something better, but for the price, it’s worth trying.

I have not used the product long enough to comment on its effectiveness, but it is pleasant, easy to apply, and hasn't bothered my eyes like some eye creams do. However, I must comment on the delivery (although not likely the fault of Neutrogena). The box containing the tube was completely flattened and battered -- I was amazed the tube was not damaged. It also took 11 days to arrive. I will likely buy this again, but only if there is another delivery source.

My preferred eye cream. It firms and hydrates my maturing skin. No perfume, no stickiness.
