This step is working out well in my home gym. I use it primarily for step-ups and weight-bearing lunges, but I have also used it to raise the floor for planks and push-ups. I am a larger person, and so far, it has been slip-free and very durable.

For the price ... Nice item to be able to use at home ... I've been using it as I go through a "Meniscus Tear" operation at a Physical Therapy Facility ... Height adjustments help as I'm rebuilding the entire legs strength ... It's the same height and width that the physical therapy facility has me using ... It's nice and portable and takes up hardly any space ... It's overall a great item for cardio in general ... A warm up to get blood and oxygen flowing through the body ... You can also use it for "Incline" or "Decline" pushup variations ...Update ... February 04, 2023 ... This item is still a great item to have ... I'm only updating my original review because after using these steps about 2-3 times per week in the house only while going through a knee injury rehab ... And being gentle on every move due to that surgery ... I had started to notice that the ends of the rubber are starting to separate as pictured ... It's not a deal breaker or upsetting ... BUT ... For those who might be thinking of buying this item ... Be sure to have some sort of "Glue" handy at the house ... I used "Gorilla Glue" ... Tiny little tubes in a package ... Tiny tip to apply in the corners with a couple of drops ... After applying the glue ... I use a small piece of Blue painters tape to hold it in place for 24 hours ... Issued solved ... It's really not a big deal breaker ... Just keep what I've written in mind regarding having some glue at the house ... Hope this helps new or previous buyers ...

We have this as well as the larger/longer platform and multiple stackers. We use it both as steps or as benches/seats. High quality, easily supports my weight and my heaviest dumbbells (around 450lbs).

Works great for workouts. I like you can change the height. You do need to be careful if it isn't on level ground.

I've used these for a year now almost every day, especially in the winter, and they have held up nicely. Using these I was able to keep my V02 Max from dropping in the winter for the first time.

This works great for step ups! Simple to use and I like the different heights.

As a home health therapist, I love this product! The versatility and ability to change heights comes in handy with young kids and older adults. I store the step in my car upside down which allows for storage inside the step for transport. There is a nonslip top on the step and the size is functional.

These are perfect for my home gym. I can make one higher or use both at the same time. For step ups or use both for sumo deficits. The rubber gripper on top is nice to keep your feet from sliding. I bought 2 and use them regularly. I highly recommend them.
