I bought this knife and have been using it since I received it and absolutely love it! It is really sharp and can cut meat easily. I replace my old meat knife with it immediately after first use. I also cut watermelon and vegetable with the knife. Of course the knife makes the job super easy. It is a high quality cutting knife with great price. Plus it is wrapped in a nice box like a gift:) Highly recommend this knife!!!

I was pleasantly surprised at the nice quality for a knife at this price range. It came wrapped in a box, with both the knife and a gift a bottle opener in there. The knife feels well made, with good sharpness out of the box. The handle is comfortable to hold, and it cuts nearly as good as a much more expensive knife of mine. Need more time to tell how well it holds up to the daily use and how long it retains the sharpness.

The media could not be loaded. I own a few other top brand knives and they are expensive and sharp. However, the AmDONGKING knife was of great quality for the price. I liked the weight and the design and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a great knife at a great price!Update: My husband used it for Bones. It got damaged. So he bought another one for me. I will use it only for Veggies. It's not built for heavy duty.

I received the knife quickly, the price is good, and the box it's presented in looks nice. However, I didn't find the knife to be sharp enough when I first tried it on (I was cutting butternut squash which is hard). I am keeping it a bit longer to try it on a few more things but I may return it.

The media could not be loaded. I get this knife to replace my chipped veg knife. The knife is beyond my exception, really sharp, lighted weighted. The handle is easy to hold on and cut the food. I made a short video cutting carrot using this knife.

This knife feels good initially but becomes dull after using few times and is not a value for money and the quality is very bad, product says sharpness lasts forever, but its not true.

I use it to make salad -- BIG salad (bigger than Elaine can eat and bigger than George can buy without complaining). Once every week. It does the job. Get one of those typical, inexpensive knife sharpeners, too, and you're good to go--instead of paying dollars for fancy knives.
