These are FABULOUS!!!!! So many delicious recipes for them, and they can be subbed for tofu or seitan in virtually any recipe. They soak up sauce or seasoning like a dream. They are delicious and nutritious and versatile.

easy to make!
Very easy to make! Soak in warm water about 20 minutes, squeeze out as much water as you can. Can be fried, deep fried, baked, whatever. They are awesome for substituting for chicken in a dish. I love them in Asian dishes. Texture is very appealing. Takes on whatever flavors you have in the meal. I have soaked more than I needed in the past and just kept the leftover in a plastic bag in the fridge and used it within a few days and it was perfect and it was nice to be able to skip the soaking stage!

Versatile and Delicious Vegan Option - A Must-Try!
I've been using Butler Foods Soy Curls for a while now, and they are an absolute game-changer for anyone following a vegan diet or looking to cut down on meat consumption. These curls are effortless to prepare. You rehydrate the amount you need in water, which only takes a few minutes. After squeezing the excess water, you can marinate them in your favorite sauces or seasonings. What I love about these soy curls is their versatility. Depending on your preference, you can chop them up for different dishes, bake them, or sauté them. They absorb flavors wonderfully, making them a fantastic addition to stir-fries, tacos, or a protein-packed salad topping.Traveling with them is also super convenient, especially when you need a reliable vegan protein source to cook quickly at a hotel or a campsite. They are non-GMO and preservative-free, which makes them a healthy choice.Without the added spices or sauces, the curls will not have flavor. Some people may not like it. But we are happy to eat them from time to time.

These are Amazing- but the packaging is not great
These are so amazing I wanted to write a quick review! I’ve been eating plant based for 3 years now and I have just discovered Butler soy curls - they taste like any meat you want them to really, and they don’t have that artificial faux meat taste like some other products . Truly amazing, I eat them all the time . Highly recommend! My only complaint THE FLIMSY PACKAGING IS TERRIBLE! I really like this product- but because of the way it is packaged in these thin bags and then bundled in another bag.. you lose a fair amount of the soy curls into crumbs .This is not great.. I mean.. This product should either be in a box or a better bag ..

Love my soy curls
So it took me a long time to get the nerve to order soy curls but now I like to always keep them in my pantry. They really give good body to my soups and make a terrific sloppy joes. Good value also.

Fantastic product
As a vegetarian these add texture and more to my stirfry recipes. I have also used them in making savory pancakes that are out of this world.

Tasty, but too many crumbles in my bag
Unbeatable, satisfying texture! The soy curls are as easy to prepare as TVP (rehydrate and optionally saute/bake, etc.), but with ten times better flavor, texture, and versatility. However, I'm disappointed in the amount of tiny fragments and crumbles (basically TVP-sized) in the bag I received. I had very high expectations of quality based on reviews and online recipes, but I only have a handful or so of intact curls in my bag. I know that the size doesn't influence the "flavor", but I had been hoping for a higher proportion of large pieces, especially considering the higher price of this brand. The intact curls did cook up just as wonderfully as I had hoped, and of course the small chips and crumbs were just fine to cook with, too. I wonder if the bag got smooshed in shipping/transit, and I assume the product would be more intact if I could find it in a local store.
