Worked amazing the past few years.

There is something wrong with the way the threaded portion of this blade assembly was made. It barely engages the threads on the cup (and we've tried several different cups). The most frustrating part is when it "pops" loose and everything that was in the cup dumps all over the blender and counter. I'm tired of fighting it and will be returning this for a refund.

I didn't read the description. I ordered this set not knowing I was also ordering the blade. I didn't need the blade. What I needed was the cover for the blade. That didn't come in the box, for that Im very disappointed. Though, price was good for what your getting. Update: it’s going back because it does not fit my Ninja model CT672A Smart Screen Kitchen System

I did not like the fact that is very hard to place and remove from blender.

It has a hairline crack in it. When I put it in the blender and put the vacuum, air comes through with bubbles and never gets a vacuum seal. Also leaks through where the blades are mounted through the base. I used it 2 times.

Cups are great, but the blade bearings leak and are very noisy

Worked fine for 2 months. The fin side has some metal that rusts.. It broke after 2 months and left plastic in the smoothie... I'm trying a different brand next time.

The rubber gear broke right off with normal use! Very disappointed. I would not recommend.

Lame pro extractor supposé fonctionner mais n’a pas été concluant. J’ai été remboursé sans problème donc pour cette raison les 5 établies ☺️

Worked fine for about 7 uses and then the blade broke free of the base. Absolute garbage
