Did it work? Was it coincidence? Not sure...
I had an annoying ant problem. No idea where they were coming or going but they were constantly meandering aimlessly around my bathroom. I got SO sick of them I sprayed bleach where I kept finding them, they still kept coming. I bought some Amazon ant killer, sprayed that, and then installed one of these guys.I sprayed once, with a spray that said it would last for maybe a week. And it has now been a month and I haven't had but one or two random ants. I think this product worked.Additionally, since it was a 2 pack I put it in my kitchen and it worked great, I had seen a couple random ants and since then I never saw another one until a few weeks ago when I accidentally left a pizza box in the open with Pizza Hut cinnamon sticks in it. I don't think even it could take care of that. But I sprayed and haven't seen them since again. I think this product definitely does do something and I credit it for keeping them away.It says on the product that it doesn't travel through walls which is a bummer. I don't know what kind of technology it uses but I would expect it to travel through a wall since its not always possible an outlet is in the area.Otherwise totally happy with this product!

Item did not work for ants
I guess mileage varies. I purchased the Ultrasonic Pest Repellent Control 2025 (2-Pack) in January of 2025 and had them plugged in prior to Spring season to be sure they would be working as intended for when we get into the Ant season, Spring-tails, etc. I strategically placed them in spots in the home of concern. We have not had ants IN the home for over 3 years but bought these to be sure they don't. Now ironically.... this year, we DID get ants in the home at the exact same locations where I plugged in these units, so it seems like they are being attracted to it somehow, again maybe ironic but odd that we had not had ants in the home for so long until now. We have an exterminator coming out in a few days.

Oh, yes. Yes, indeedy!
These "bug zappers" really do the job! Ever since using these ultrasonic pest repellant plug-in devices, we seldom see an insect in our home. You will want to read the information leaflet carefully to gain the full benefit of these units. For example, the units should be placed higher than the usual wall outlet and they start working by agitating insects and other pests, so more are seen at first. The units become less powerful after about a year, so I order new units when I see an insect in the house.

I have only tried it on fruit flies, but I have already seen very good results
The directions were easy to understand and the plug in is very easy. I appreciated the fact that it has a night light which told me immediately if the outlet is getting electricity. Also, I appreciated that the night light can be shut off. The directions mentioned honestly not to expect immediate results but actually by the 2nd day I saw a good improvement and 3rd day even better.

Bug light and nice night light
This product is easy to plug in and acts as an attractive blue nightlight. I bought two because I have a serious problem with fleas getting in my home from a nearby field and biting me. Each repeller makes a very quiet tick noise repeatedly that I never notice if the repeller is in living room but in my bedroom i couldn't sleep with it on because I am sensitive to noises while sleeping. I still have bugs in my home but that is inevitable. It is not possible to know how well it works because you don't see the dead bugs like you do in a bug trap. It is worth trying for those who have problems with bugs. It looks much more attractive than a bug trap.

Excellent product!
With this kind of product, it's generally hard to determine whether it is really working. With this specific product, that is not an issue. It works, and it works well. My roommate's dogs, cats, and open doors were leading to an influx of fleas, mites, flies, and various other insects into my home. As soon as I opened my bedroom door, at least a few various insects would dash in. Then I bought this and plugged it in right next to my door. From that moment on, over the course of three solid months, I have had two flies enter my room, and have not noticed a single flea or other pest. (I love spiders, and they help the Earth, so they are exempt.) This plugin seems to have done exactly what I needed it for, inexpensively, simply, and effectively. My experience is not rock solid proof, but here's the thing: I bought three other devices from other vendors to place in other areas of my home. NONE of them seemed to do anything at all! Had I known, I would have spent the money on a few more of these. I'm not affiliated with the company. I am just an unbiased customer who believes in the product.

Not totally effective
I have had the unit plugged in for a month. At first it appeared to work, as I didn't see any bugs in the first week. However, I saw a large spider on the floor right under the plugged in unit. I also started seeing gnats and scorpions again. I do not believe that this device is powerful enough to affect pests. The device range is too short and the sound waves it emits are too weak to effectively repel bugs or rodents.

Not sure if it works or not. As of now.... NOT!
I know it said it needed time to come up to speed to work, but so far, the crickets in my apartment keep showing up (alive and not affected by the "noise").One of the units was faulty because I could definitely hear the high pitch beep, followed by 5 more short beeps and it drove me nuts. I ordered replacements and sending them back. UPDATE: The pest control doesn't work when it comes to crickets. They still come into the apartment and start chirping. š
