Deluxe Comfort Pillow Leg Spacer

I have lower back and hip pain. I was hoping a wedge between my knees would help. This pillow is too thick for that. I think you are supposed to have it folded so that each side curves around each leg. It is way too thick for that and makes my top leg too high. If I unfold it and just have one side of it between my legs, it is a good width, but then the other side is a little awkward. I have unfolded it and use it to prop my ankles on of a few times while lying on my back. I do like it a lot for that.

Very happy with purchase. Had two hip surgeries to fix FAI and this pillow helped big time during my rehab time after surgery. It was (and still is) nice to have in between the knees, but it was also super practical to help keep the feet apart during my first weeks of recovery, when your hips need to be parallel. I am a 6'3" tall woman of athletic built, I find the size and firmness just right. Not too mush and not too firm. The cover of it is nice too. Feels almost kind of velvety, it has a zipper so you can take it off and wash it. I originally bought the pillow for my rehab time but I am still using it. Very happy with it! Thanks.

I've had quite the selection of knee spacer pillows. The originals I got (7+ years ago) were a much firmer foam. All of the current ones seem to be far too soft for me. They squish down where the knees are nearly touching -- not the point of using the pillow.

For months (years?) I would wake up in the morning with lower/mid back pain. After being awake and moving around for a while it would go away. I figured it had to do with my sleeping state. Tried this pillow and the pain stopped immediately. It's not that often one finds such an immediate and complete solution to a health issue so I felt compelled to write this review. It does take a bit of getting used to (it would sometimes wander away in the night) but well worth it.

A little too thick when folded.Legs too high when in proper use.

As the other reviewers have said, it is very thick. But it starts to soften up after about 4 nights and now it is just right. With the knee pillow in place, there are about 3 fingers width space between my knees.

My husband has MS and is bedridden. He can not move his legs and they often gravitate toward each other and this gets extremely uncomfortable for him. So, the fact that it opens and each leg can be placed is an amazing extra. Additionally, he has to roll back and forth to prevent pressure sores. The "between the knee" part of this wonderful wedge pillow is perfect for keeping his back straight and for his overall comfort.

Ordered for a female friend that had hip replacement. It was too large to use between the legs which was very disappointing. Worked good opened and laying flat to hold legs apart.

Waste of money...Does nothing that it says it's supposed to do. It's on the floor every morning and the Velcro isn't strong so don't think that it will help your knees because it does nothing that it claims.

To counter the other review saying that it's too big, considering that most of these squish right flat and do nothing, "too big" is actually just right.It's actually quite comfortable.I haven't had it end up on the floor either.

This pillow is too big. The company doesn't have a smaller size. I bought an Obus Form leg pillow that is smaller and softer that suits me better.
