I love this chair. I searched high and low for a comfortable desk chair under $100... I settled on this one and I’m so glad I did. It’s beautiful, and it’s much more comfortable than the $300 chairs we use at the office. It only took 15 minutes to put together, and it’s very stable. I’ve been using it a couple of weeks now and there are no issues with the cushion splitting as some reviewers mentioned. This is my only real concern, so I’ll update when and if that happens. Overall, I don’t think you can beat this chair at this price point. UPDATE: 3.5 years later and it’s still in fantastic condition. The cushion is a bit flatter now, but it’s shaped like my butt so it’s still comfy. I use this chair for at least 15 hours per week consistently. No cushion splitting, although the right arm is just beginning to tear slightly at the seam (it’s barely noticeable and about the size of a pencil tip). I’d definitely buy this chair again.

This is a really nice and comfortable chair. We got it for my wife to use at work, and it is much more comfortable than the one she had. It was very easy to put together, and only took about 30 minutes for me to get it together by myself. I definitely recommend this to someone looking for a nice standard office chair at a reasonable price.

Great chair, exactly what I needed for my new remote office. Very comfortable and the padded arm rests are great. Although a straight forward assembly the Allen key that is included actually stripped as it was very difficult to screw in the bolts so they were tight. I had to get out my socket wrench set to get everything tightened down. I should have started with that. The bolts have a a blue coating so they don’t come unscrewed which is nice but can make it harder to screw in initially. I suggest you have a socket wrench for proper assembly. Otherwise love the quality, style and comfort.

I've waited to submit this review as I wanted to give it at least a month with the chair. I'm please to report that we're very happy with it. I wish the back was a bit higher as I like to lean back when I'm on the phone but overall, I'd buy it again. The cushion is comfortable yet sturdy. There's no issues with excessive and unwanted movement in the chair while seated. We'll be needing another one in the office soon and I plan to purchase another one of these.

I ordered one of these chairs, and i was charged for two but on another credit card that i don't use which is why i didn't notice until they were delivered. I tried for 2 months to get a full refund, but they gave me partial refund stating they had to charge me shipping and restock fees. Furmax insisted that I purchased two chairs and it was their policy. After explaining over and over that i did not order a second chair and demanding a full refund, they complied. It was an extremely frustrating experience. The item is okay, it looks good, but one side does not completely line up and I needed another person to forcefully push the seat and back together to get the final screw in place. The tilt feature doesn't tilt back. When trying to lean back, it feels as if it will break. The tension knob is very hard to turn to loosen the tilt feature. Overall the chair is comfortable, added a lumbar pillow for complete comfort.

What looking at getting a simple office chair as the last chair I had was a high back racing seat gaming chair that although had some really good features, within a month the all plastic base fractured. I bought an all metal base and have it on this chair now as the gas cylinder fit into it. The chair when sitting upright comes to about 4 - 5 inches below my shoulder blades. I dont really use the height adjustment feature as my desk is fairly low but it does adjust as I have played around to see how high it would go up. I keep a seat mat on the chair as I dont like getting stuck on the seat when the temp is warm. I also opted to get some different wheels as the plastic ones that come with these chairs only last you 6 months if you are that lucky. If anything get some urethane wheels as those will last way longer than anything plastic. Also make sure you get double wheel chair casters. If you get single wheel to save some cash you asking for trouble as the chair will be unstable and can tip over if youre not careful. I found this out the hard way and it wasnt fun.

It’s a comfortable chair and the material is very smooth. It was a little difficult to assemble in the final steps, even when I tried the advice from other reviewers about reversing some of the steps. I think it would have been easier to do with an extra person to hold the chair back in place while attaching the armrests. Still I managed to put it together within about an hour, despite having to disassemble it when I couldn’t get it together in the suggested way. My main regret is that I didn’t order a chair with a full back to it. I do find myself needing to take breaks after an hour or two to stretch, which I didn’t have to do as often with my old longer-back chair. Still this chair does feel very nice and comfortable, especially compared to the broken down old one I was using, and the price is affordable.

Good chair useful in our house

Easy to assemble - arrives nicely packed. Is not as comfortable (padded) as I had hoped but still a very good purchase , would have given 5 stars if a little more padding on seat.
