Philips 452383 65-watt Equivalent Slim Style BR30 LED Dimmable Light Bulb, Soft White

This shape bulb is not absorbed everywhere. Several hardware store people had no clue.it exactly what I needed and installed in seconds.

These were the only style that would fit into the ceiling sockets. Most LED floodlights have a bulge that prevented them from fully seating into the recessed sockets. The straight neck of these mean they fit where every other bulb failed.If you have an application that closely hugs the shape of your incandescent or halogen bulbs, this may be the bulb for you. At this price they are worth replacing all your interior floods.

I replaced 65W incandescent bulbs with these. I installed them into pod lights. The color and brightness is almost identical to the previous lights. These lights are BR30 which are smaller than my previous lights and therefore leave a little space around the bulb. The lights start immediately and look very natural. I would buy them again.*Update - its been over a year with daily use and the bulbs are going strong.

Fine light. I'm mainly writing this to let people know this works properly with the Lutron Caseta dimmer. The Costco brand don't turn off because of the way the Caseta dimmers work, but this one works fine.The light is fine, no issue , efficient, decent light color.

Buy this light bulb. Seriously, if you stumbled across my review you were in the realm to try out new LED technologies and have been disappointed with the results from other bulbs.This one dims perfectly and does not have the harshness of other LED bulbs. It does warm light wonderfully. My quest for cam light replacement found this gem. I am so happy with this purchase.

Unlike some other brands [TCP in particular] these Philips work well as replacements for incandescent or CFL BR30s with both my Lutron and older style rotary Triac dimmers designed for incandescent bulbs. Their flat-faced appearance gives them a more modern look than the standard BR30 LED replacement, but the performance is indistinguishable. Smooth dimming, no flickering, no buzzing.

All plastic, no fragile glass in construction. So it is good for high ceiling recessed lights, don't have to worry about change it often and fall into pieces when change it with a pole.The light is warn yellowish, slightly brighter than a 65W bulb.

Absolutely love these lights. They dim great, I have bought multiple times, and would buy many again. Love how low they dim, and would recommend to anyone in the market for a solid LED.
