Great results even with user error – see before and after
I used Malibu CPR to lift out a deep cherry red (see second photo). It worked really well, even though I made a few mistakes on my end. I only used two packets when I should’ve used three for my thick, short hair. On top of that, I wasn’t patient enough to apply it properly to every section – I kind of rushed through it instead of saturating each strand like you should.Despite that, it still managed to lift a lot of the red and left me with a warm coppery tone (see first photo). My hair feels soft, not damaged at all, and now I’ve got a perfect base for going strawberry blonde. If you have stubborn color or thick hair, definitely take your time and don’t skimp on product. But overall, Malibu CPR did what it said it would. I’ll be using it again the right way next time!

Effective when used correctly
This took so much dark hair dye out of my hair the second time I used it correctly. It works best with the same brands clarifying shampoo, shampoo your hair 2x with this before applying the colour remover then flat wrap hair around head and cover with a shower cap. I used a hairdryer to apply heat for the full 45mins then shampooed 3x really scrubbing my hair and it faded so much colour. Not as effective as a bleach bath but this doesn’t lighten roots or damage my hair so it’s a much better option.

Didn’t work for me
Literally didn’t do a single thing to my hair other than damage it sadly.

Brilliant.
This stuff is brilliant. I accidentally dyed my roots too darkly with a new product, this was easy to use at home and brought the colour back subtly to match my existing colour. It doesn’t come with an applicator or anything but I was able to use it with an applicator brush I had already.

Amazing defo recommend!!
Worked so well for me!! Wanted to remove red from my hair (see before pic) and it got it back to its natural colour! I followed the instructions exactly as on the packet, wrapped my head in clingfilm and used a hairdryer to keep heat on it for 45 mins. Hair doesn’t feel damaged at all following, defo recommend!!

For me, the results are subtle but effective
I’m trying to get back to my natural medium brown colour. About a year ago I went blonde and hated it so I toned it darker but it went black for some reason, even thought it was just a no lift toner! This is slowly washing it out. I’ve noticed when you shampoo it even a week or so after using it, there’s colour washing down the sink. So the results are ongoing. I much prefer this to colour removers that STINK. This has no smell

It works
I dyed my hair medium brown and it went literally black to my horror. I purchased this and the shampoo as it's pointless if you don't have that and also the conditioner as again you need to prevent dryness. And the shampoo you need to wash after at least 3 times and scrub into the hair to aid the removal of colour. I made up the product as described and lathered on my hair. I used a tinfoil shower cap and a heated pad on my head. I waited the whole 45 mins due to the darkness that I had to lift. I used theMalibu C Un-Do-Goo Clarifying Shampoo 4 times. It lifted my colour back to medium brown which is what I wanted. I got a lighter brown and dyed it the next day. In all It actually worked to my surprise. I deffo needed the conditioner as my hair was a bit dry.

Worth every penny
I am OBSESSED WITH THIS PRODUCT, IT HAS SAVED MY HAIR!I made the mistake of trying to dye my level 8/9 blonde hair to a level 6 cool brown and of course, it came out brown, purple, silver, blue and just pure muck. I initially used some Malibu quick fix in a panic and it took a bit of the dye out so I decided to take the plunge and purchase CPR as well as the undo goo shampoo by Malibu as the reviews stated it works better with that. I washed my hair first with the undo goo and then applied the CPR as per the instructions, wrapped it in clingfilm and a shower cap, and sat with 2 hair dryers on my head for 45 minutes before rinsing and washing 3 times with the undo goo. My hair is now back to blonde and you would never even know I had a mishap. I made sure to condition it after the clarifying shampoo as it can dry it out a bit and honestly it feels so lovely. This is a little miracle and has saved me bleaching and damaging my hair over a mistake. So so happy!1. What I started with2. The mess I made3. After quick fix4. After CPR
