Leading Congregationl Change:A Practical Guide for the Transformational Journey (Workbook)
I like the simple description and the language used to explain in practical terms on how to lead congregational change and the steps involved in the transformational journey. The chart on the change process and the involvement of people and systems in the community of believers is clear and easily understood. The only drawback is that the setting and the environment is based on a Western and developed community of faith of a homogeneous and well developed Christian country. For this I cannot fault the author, who may not be exposed to developing, multi-cultural and multi-racial religious faith community.

Great Resource for Walking Through the Difficulty of Congregational Change
Church transitions are always tricky. This is a great resource for walking a church through this difficult process. It starts by focusing the change agents on spiritual and relational vitality which is so very necessary for successful change. If you are a task oriented individual like me who has a tendency to just get to work on the nuts and bolts this book is invaluable. Following it will help you avoid some serious (even catastrophic) mistakes. I've used it with several churches and highly recommend this product.

This companion to the book by the same title is one that is very helpful in incorporating its content into your ministry approach.

GREAT SERVICE
The workbook is a good companion to the corresponding book, however; section one in the book is section two in the workbook. This is confusing until you realize that you have to compare chapters.
