This is another favorite product of mine. It is high quality and such a trust worthy brand. There isn’t a taste at all. Also no scent which is nice. It is easy to swallow. No side effects for me.

I've been a vegetarian all of my life, as part of my culture. As a result, there is an omega-3 deficiency for purely vegetarian folks, as it would traditionally come from fish products, and fish oil.Fortunately though, the fish's source for omega-3s is actually from algae and algal oil, which is what these supplements are. Fish meat and fish oil contains heavy metals as the fish have to filter waste products in the seawater in order to breathe and these sorts of metals end up in their systems. Algal oil avoids all of these issues, while providing the necessary Omega-3s that we require.The pill bottle is standard, has a safety cap when you purchase it to prevent it from being prematurely opened. The first smell that you get is actually a seaweed-y type of smell. It's not overwhelming, and is actually much more subtle than actual seaweed itself. For taste, the pills don't really taste like anything. They do have a slight seaweed aftertaste, but is so subtle and mild that it's hardly noticeable and it does not linger for long periods of time. If the slightest feeling is bothersome, a mint will cure the issue. I have no burps, no digestive issues so far, and feel good overall, but this is only my first day trying these.I have been keeping track of my triglycerides, HDL and overall cholesterol level as I had been obese and recently lost over 43 lbs in 8 months. While proper dieting and exercise has reduced my cholesterol levels from the point when I was obese, they are still high as high cholesterol runs in my family. So I'm hoping these supplements will aid in lowering the LDL levels and raising HDL levels, and will keep track with blood tests. I will edit this review after a few months usage and after getting blood work done again.

These are the best quality vegan DHA's I have found. I always open the gelcap and take a taste of the oil directly, to see if the batch is right. These always have a faint pleasant seaweed-y flavor. Other brands I've tried have off flavors, like rancid oils, or super fishy.

It's nice to to have options that are made without animal products. Easy to swallow pill. Not sure what else to say in a review. My lab results come out fine so I guess whatever I'm doing is working.

I’ve been have memory problems and read a legit article on this supplement. Can’t believe it but it’s working! I ordered more.

There was a lot of negative energy and anger surrounding me, and I did not want it to become a physical issue. So, I chose to get these nutrients to help keep them away from my body. I have been pleased with the results.

Seems to be safer than fish oil. Has no fishy aftertaste .

DHA can be down-metabolized into EPA and other fatty acids at less cost to the metabolism than up-building from saturated fats, unsaturated fats, and so on. It's still good to have the other omegas if supplementation is helpful.As those sellers like to say, fish get it from algae, why don't we?Not talking grass. Don't eat grass. Dogs and other critters pee on grass. Yuck.
