Do these pads stay attached when the Fire Control Devise is lifted off of them or do they attach in a way that they stay connected to the devise

They do not stay connected. The feet on your fire control devise (or bench rest) sit on top of these pads to help minimize movement on a slick surface.

Could these be used on the magnum deadshot field pod gun tripod? i need some rubber feet when using this tripod on concrete

I took a look at the tripods feet and I would say no. I have a couple of other tripods with spiked feet and I use those square rubber feet that are used to protect floors from your furniture. Approximately 3"x 3" with a round indent in the center. I got them from Home Depot.
