Speedo Junior Vanquisher Swim Goggle

Our swim instructor recommended these after multiple failed pairs from Target. My 8 yr old couldn't stop futzing with them (water in the eyes, blurry.)These suck a bit tighter around the eyes, and it took a few minutes of getting used to it, but 20 minutes later we realized she hadn't messed with them once.The straps are more easily adjustable than the cheaper Speedos, and they are easier to get on and off, yet stay well in place. You can position the double straps together or one higher than the other, which helps hold them. They are a bit stretchier than the thicker/cheaper straps we were used to.They cost a bit more but are totally worth it!Remember to think about if these will be used indoors or outside, and choose clear or tinted/reflective lenses accordingly!

I purchased these and they lasted just over 1 month. They were purchased on May 16th for swim team for my 6yr old. These googles broke during the end of year meet on June 25th. Amazon refuses to return item even though it obviously failed through no fault of mine or my child's. You can see where the plastic seams on the lenses are - that's where the goggle snapped.Until they broke, the goggles worked well. If I'm being honest, I'm not sure these are even Speedo. I have several pairs of Speedo that have the removable nose-bridges and they're all still going strong. These ones were the only ones that snapped at a suspect seam. I'd recommend that you look for a different model or a newer model. These goggles don't seem to have the same quality as other Speedo branded goggles I've owned; they may be a cheaper grade or a bad batch. My son is tough on goggles and really needs them to perform. These goggles keep up with him through many practices and meets. They seal around his eyes well and resist fogging. We are on his second pair only because they get scratched in the bottom of his swim bag. The replaceable bridge pieces (included) and straps (not included) help extend the life of the goggles. The only reason it does not get a a full 5 stars is because they do get scratched fairly easily.

These are great goggles as long as you don't try to switch out the nosepiece. If you do attempt to change nosepieces, then just pray you don't break either the nosepiece or the goggles. Even then, you'll probably be left with a nosepiece that will fit too loose and fall off during a swim.

so far so good the only thing the should be king of instructions it take couple of time to get to use how to put it on the children in a comfortable way, at the beginning my son did not like it because i did not not how to use on him, but we learn and now he likes them.

My son loves these Speedo Junior Vanquisher Goggles. They do fog up but I treat it with an anti-fog and then rinse and he is good to go for a week or so. He made it an entire swim team season with the very same pair. I do have a spare as they will get lost or break.

I have a smaller head and I kept borrowing a pair of jr. vanquishers#2 from my coach..until the strap broke. I was borrowing them until I could get up to the swim shop in my State to be fitted. But, deciding that I liked the fit so much of the pair I used in practice, I bought the first one (since the vanquisher #2's straps tend to break-apparently that wasn't the first time it happened to that pair. She has a HUGE box full of goggles that she's collected from her children when they were on the team and when they swam Club ect) I've ad no problems with them. Thanks!

My daughter only wears the junior vanquishers for competitve swimming. We purchase these in multiples. She did have a pair snap at the nose piece while on the blocks, but that is why you have spares. (The pair that broke made it through practices and meets the duration of short course and half of long course. They were due to break.) We do replace the head strap with a bungie that we get from a different supplier. My daughter likes the other strap so she can tighten right at the blocks much easier.

As described and our visually impaired daughter absolutely love them. If she loves them, so do we!! A+

Didn't realize it was coming from the USA so took some time (this is my fault). Otherwise great goggles. My 11 year old son is very pleased with them as he does quite a lot of swimming due to being in a club.

Our soon has a small head and these goggles fit him perfectly and stay fog free. He sometimes finds them hard to put on himself but with a little help they are on.
