RiteAV Cables Work Well and Last. Nice they are Available in "odd size"
The RiteAV cables have been value leaders for me. Low price and high quality in my experience.I use them in my consulting and system management practice. This cable in particular is 75ft, NOT a common length. It happens to be a good option as the jump from 50' to 100' is a lot of extra cable if you need 60'!! This cable ran Gigabit Ethernet flawlessly. The connector construction is excellent with sturdy plastic boots, effective anti-snag, and well made strain relief. The only complaint is with the anti-snag design. It is effective at preventing the release tab from snagging with its "hoodie" like design. The problem is when there is little clearance on the tab side of the connector in the back of a computer or server. This is where the fairly thick hoodie cover over the tab can make it difficult to release the cable. I have some Tyan servers that fit category and use other cables with a different strain relief. This is an issue with a small number of computers in my experience and a small flat-tip screwdriver or expansion slot blank can be used to help release the cable lock tab in those cases.Since it is overall an excellent cable it still earns 5 stars even though it's not my first choice for systems with little clearance on the network connector.Hope this helps someone!

Didn't put full adress on label, Have to pick it up
I'm a little dissapointed because they didn't put my full adress on the label. I contacted ups and I have to pick it up because they can't ship it because of the label didn't have enough info on it. I'm rating it a four star because of the inconvenious. And I'm going to pick it up As soon as able to. I can't say much about the product because I haven't receievd it yet, but the shipping was fast and came sooner than expected, but I still need to pick it up from ups so I may not order freom here again since I haven't had this problem before since I started using Amazon.(UPDATE...)Surpprisingly it did ship to my house because of what I said earlier but it still arrived a couple days late because ups couldn't find my correct adress. The cat5E cables are just as described and it works great so far. I would be carefull about pinching the cable on dorrs or other areas of the house because it seems like it will cut easily. It's worth it since it was cheapier than buying a 50 foot cat 5E cable else where including Amazon. It dosen't say cat 5E on the cable but it does say it on the plastic it's wraped in. And I may buy from here again if I need it badley because of my fist impression with the shipping was a little disappointing.

Inner workings of this cable
I purchased this cable 4 months ago but didn't use it. I just now decided to cut the cable to use it for another purpose. In contrast to some other reviewers, I found that the wires *were* twisted in pairs, and it appeared the twists were of different pitches as required for cat 5e. Insulation thickness was just what I would have expected, and I had no trouble stripping it or soldering to the wires. There is no shielding but I don't think that's required for cat 5e. I haven't tested it for transmission speed so can't comment on that, but otherwise the cable seems perfectly fine and appears brand new. As other reviewers have commented, there are no markings on the cable so it's possible different reviewers have received different types, but I've got no complaints about mine.UPDATE: I just now purchased another cable and opened that up as well. The wires in this cable were also twisted in pairs, but in contrast to the cable I bought 4 months ago, the twist frequency was very low (~1 twist per inch vs. 5-10 twists per inch). I couldn't tell from the amount of wire exposed whether the twist pitches were different for different pairs. I don't know if the Cat5-E specs specify a minimum twist frequency, but this cable is definitely different from the previous one (though again no markings).
