These shoes have a lion on the side. It's subtle enough so that nobody says "What a dork; he has a picture of a lion on his shoes." I hate having to defend my shoes. It amuses me to wear them. I know about the lion. He's there, but sort of hiding in the background. Purring, not growling. I worried at first that the lion might take a bite out of my foot, but it hasn't happened. Yet.When do us adults get to have this kind of fun for a few bucks nowadays. These shoes are not for the faint of heart, or anyone with a sylvester complex. Or an allergy to felines.If anybody makes fun of your shoes, bite them. And blame it on the lion.

These shoes aren't the same the way they look in pictures.Totally Disappointed .

Very soft leather, the embossed lion head adds style. People comment when my husband wears them. They look great with a business suit or casual with nice slacks.
