This is one of the few facial SPF lotions that has a very low toxicity rating on ewg.org/skindeep database....and I love that it is tinted. I've used other SPFs on my face that were not tinted, and they end up leaving a white residue...not cute. The lotion can initially leave an oily look on my face when I first apply it (especially if I put too much on), but this usually goes away after 15 minutes or so, so I don't mind it. It evens out the color of my face a bit and I wear just this product and go...or I use a pressed powder on top of this for more coverage or if I'm doing full makeup. You can use a BB cream on top of this for more coverage if desired (especially useful if your BB cream doesn't have SPF). But I feel that with just this lotion and my pressed powder, I get enough coverage and my skin looks great while still looking natural or like I have no make up on. I use this every day and can't live without it. Now that I'm getting older, I wish I would have known the importance of using an SPF on your face every day. My husband also uses it on his face for the SPF.

This product isn’t greasy, despite other reviews. The color is great, and lasts all day. This is a sunscreen, with the intention of it being a sunscreen. I was using it as a self tanner, and so it got all over what I was wearing (tank top, and my bra). It rubs off on everything, while still staying on your skin. I accidentally turned a baby’s onesie brown while holding him. It was embarrassing. If this moisturizer could be reformulated to not rub off, they’d have a customer for life!

I wear this when I am going to be rowing in the morning in the hot sun and then running errands before I can get home to shower. It's a little shiny, so I put a light dusting of spf 15 mineral powder on top, and with both of those on I never get burned or tan. I wish it were a little more golden or bisque in tone, but the beige works okay with my more golden powder, and together they give me a little coverage. I'm glad I bought it!

To be honest, theoretically... this is a great product. Organic, no nano particles, vegan, etc. All the right keywords. Practically.... Well, very impractical to use because it's too too too greasy. The bottle came exactly as pictured, liquid with a tint. When applied though, it felt like I laid an oil slick across my face. It was horrible with and without makeup because it made my skin look unnaturally greasy. This may be a downside of having all the ingredients so simple and organic, but I rather spend money on a slightly less organic product I can practically use everyday.

I love this moisturizing SPF! I love that it doesn't leave my face white-streaked like most other sunscreens. I still have to be sure to rub it in since the tint is still lighter than my natural tone. I love that it feels silky smooth and feels like a true moisturizer, not just a sunscreen. It is definitely not greasy and won't leave your face shiny. It absorbs easily. I will definitely buy more of this!

Great tan color. This is their darkest color, but would be great if there were even darker shades. I have brown paper towel colored skin and this worked fine. Its much better than white sunscreen and no sunscreen smell.

I really like this face lotion. I use it on my face to match my tan. I like the texture as well. My only criticism is that is a little oily.

Really wanted to love this - Envir Working Grp gave good rating, no animal testing, etc. But I can't use it. It leaves an awful residue on my face and there is no way to even it out. Really oily too. Don't even think about putting makeup over it.
