I'm new to the bread baking world and am learning about all the different types of essential tools that go with it...this banneton set is perfect for my bread baking experiments...now if I can only master the nuances of bread baking, I'd be thrilled!

This was great. I expected it to help contain my bread-making mess, and it did. It was easy to use and clean, and I got to make some awesome bread.

This works great. The bowl allows you to handle the dough less which in turn produces larger holes in the sourdough. Flour the cloth and roll it right into the dutch oven after the second rise. We liked it so much we ordered a second one.

This is a really wonderful set. It has everything you need and is a wonderful quality. I'm been using the basket for several months now, and it's been holding up well.

I have been using this basket over and over!! It has been working great for my breads.

The set was great quality for the amount of money that I paid. I know that some similar sets have problems with basket splintering but the basket I received was 100% as pictured as was everything else in the kit. The scraper stood out the most. It has sturdy hot floppy metal and a solid wooden handle.
