The media could not be loaded. Great product from a great company. Received package very fast and well packaged. Emailed company about the low battery beep (wasn't sure what it was) and received a fast friendly response.Hoverboard works great on concrete, blacktop, gravel and dirt roads. Had a hard time on my lawn but kids were able to ride a little. It is hard to ride a hoverboard unless it is relatively flat. Kids and I both love the sound from the built in speaker and being able yo play any song we want from our phones, very cool feature. Connective the bluetooth was simple and app connectivity worked great with my iPhone. The app is great to control the LED lights I wish it had a pre programmed mode to change automatically between colors. Speed control and changing modes was very easy to accomplish. All in all it is a great product that seems durable enough for long lasting fun! Company is very easy to work with and I will probably purchase again so the kids and I are not fighting about who gets to use it first. Definitely recommend to anyone on the market for a new toy.

Got this for my 10 y.o. I put it in self balance on child settings with low speed using the app I downloaded. It was pretty simple to connect. She was able to use it immediately and develop proficiency to ride it outside. She started inside on linoleum, them moved to pavement. It goes in the grass even. Battery life good, very sturdy. A tad heavy but she can move it around and carry it. The self valance feature is great. Make sure and plug in, they say not to deplete battery all the way.

Plugged this in Christmas Eve to be fully charged. Our son opened box Christmas morning. Grabbed hoverboard and pressed power button, and it beeped on for a split second then nothing. Charged again, quick beep and nothing. I reached out to tech support, they got back quickly and asked 4 questions. 3 of which I had directly answered in my original email. The other question was them trying to figure out if I didn’t plug it into a good outlet. They also wanted a picture of my Amazon receipt. I politely responded with the information requested. 1 week later still no response. I’m a trained diagnostic technician, I know without disassembling that it’s a faulty battery, or possible soft set connector. A real waste of our time, I hope none of you have the same experience. I returned today, and ordered another model from a different manufacturer.

My son enjoys this hoverboard. It seems to be well constructed and is holding up to his usage.

The hoverboard is a nice size, very sturdy and well made. Rides well on any surface from concrete to grass and rocks. Easy for my son to get on and off. The Bluetooth speakers are a nice addition so you are able to listen to music while riding it. I had a question about the hoverboard and customer service was excellent in responding and helping to address my questions. Very cordial and helpful.

Hoverboard works well. We’ve had it just under a month and it’s stopped charging, but customer service is very responsive. We are sending it for a warranty claim and I will update after we get it fixed.

My boys love these hoverboards. We got them for them for Christmas 2019. They primarily used them with the cart attached. However, one of them will no longer work. The battery is bad and will no longer hold a charge. We spent a lot of money for these to not even last a year. Very frustrating! Not even sure we can get a replacement battery.

I absolutely love this hoverboard. Out of all the other one I have ridden, this one is the best. The motors give the board a nice amount of kick but also doesn't want to throw you off. It works well on road and off road. The ride quality is smooth and it goes over bumps with ease. The battery life is also great. It gives me a couple of days before I have to plug it in. Overall this hoverboard is great and I would definitely recommend it.
