I initially bought this wobble cushion for my preschooler who has trouble sitting still at dinner. It has helped to keep him at the table longer, which is awesome! I’ve also sat on it while working from home and it is so comfortable! I decided to buy a second one for me! I’m also excited to try using it/them for exercise in the future. They feel very sturdy and strong and likely to last a long time.I was concerned about buying a wiggle cushion for our kitchen chairs because other brands had reviews from people saying that they had removed their wood finish. I’m confident that these will be safe on our wooden chairs since the material is not sticky! Love this purchase!The cushions arrived with some air (maybe 50-75% filled). Because I wanted a more wobbly feel, I didn’t blow them up more and think they’re great for our purposes. But I love that they came with a pump (also nice quality!)!

This has been a really great product. I've been setting up a work-from-home office and suffer back pain after an injury that sitting for long periods can make flare-up.I was about to buy a new, ergonomic office chair to help my back pain, but hesitated and decided to try this instead as an intermediate measure. I don't regret it and haven't been shopping for chairs since. I've had a really sturdy but otherwise not ideal old retro steel-and-vinyl kitchen chair with a wide seat at my desk at home for years, and I almost always worked outside of the house before the pandemic so it was fine for the few hours a week I spent working at home. The pain isn't a joke lately, though, and I'm really glad I got this. The chair's seat is large enough that the cushion doesn't take up the whole thing, so I can shift around on it without getting anywhere near it sliding off (it also isn't slippery, but it's nice to not worry about).The texture is nice, I love the color options (the aqua blue looks as pictured), and I don't really notice that I'm sitting on it most of the time. I read some reviews of other products where people noticed a big impact in their core muscles, and I'm not sure if it just doesn't hit me that way or if the build of the other cushions works differently, but this has totally relieved my pain from sitting. I bought a previously-returned item in 'like new' condition, gave it a clean, and pumped it up a tiny bit. It's held up ever since, maybe deflated a bit but nothing needing refilling after a couple of months. I'm not even sure I know where the pump is since I used it on the first day (oops). I sit on this thing for six hours a day at 150ish lbs and a tendency to fidget, reposition, and rock back and forth often. I haven't tried it as a workout item yet but it seems sturdy enough.If you're having back pain and dreading the chair shopping, definitely consider it!

I've used this same cushion in physical therapy and have found it to be of high quality. The pump did not function at all but luckily I had another pump from a different product and used that to inflate the cushion. So, taking one star off for the very poor quality pump. It looks cheap and didn't work right out of the box.

I use this daily—squat on it while reading novels. It's a surprisingly effective way to work out my core and legs.

I love the size color and strength of this wobble. The only thing that really annoys me is that when I blow it up to capacity, the side has like a bend and dip kind of thing going on, like it is folds in on one side, so it makes it harder to stand balance, but it is possible so, after much considering of returning it, I kept it due to the fact it still works for Sit- wobble but would not try to do balance standing. Teal.

After looking at many different wobble cushions on Amazon, I settled on the Tumaz one due to price and reviews. I was concerned with the reviews across brands that said the air would leak out or it was hard to inflate. I have had this one for months now and I have not had any problems whatsoever. In fact, I had to manually let some air out when I wanted to adjust it after a few weeks so it must be pretty durable. I use this on my desk chair for posture and it works quite well. I noticed I sat straighter immediately and by the end of the week, I could tell that my lower and mid-back were doing better. I have periodically used it to stand on for balance and toning and it is quite a challenge, which means it does what it is supposed to! Overall, it is a handy and versatile tool that a person can have at their desk when they are stuck in a sedentary job. No reason why you can't use that time to work out ;)

The wiggle plate was easy to inflate however I gave it 4 stars because it slightly delates weekly. Helps with posture, and gives me a good stretch every morning. Does help to relieve muscle tension in the lower back.
