No.....they are just plain plastic. They are toys.

No. They do not block blue light. I have a blue light that I got from my optometrist. I checked all glasses in our house, these glasses were the only ones not to pass the blue light blocking test.

Q: We ordered the flower ones specifically and were sent 3 plan ones?

I do believe it states somewhere that they can randomize what you get based off of availability of stock
