I have never used scooter luggage so I am unfamiliar with what now seems like common knowledge. A simple set of instructions on how to open the scooter would have saved many minutes of frustration and google searches on how to get it open. Glad for the one review that said they took the bolts off and it fell apart. I might've done that otherwise

If you have a young kid who is traveling through airports you need this item. So fun and easy. I didn’t have to hold my daughter or any of her items. What a dream.

This arrived used when I thought I was buying a NEW product. Dirt on the wheels and a long hair on the inside. Scratches everywhere. SO CONFUSED how it was sent to me in this condition.

Product comes with no instructions but the scooter is locked upright. I took the bolt out that was locking the scooter upright and the thing completely fell apart getting grease everywhere, now the bolt won’t lock back into place when the scooter is down. Joke of a product that includes no instructions.

Bought this for a three year old. She loves riding it and it is well made. The only disadvantage is the way it opens for packing. The top has to be held open to put things inside, it doesn't fold back far enough to be ideal.
