Jim Dunlop 426P.60 Ultex Triangle Player Pack

Not the genuine article! badly finished and very weak. I have used the real version of these picks for years and they are well finished and last for ages, however, these are poorly finished and do not stand up to more than a few hours use.I contacted the supplier the day I received my picks with my concerns, I have received no reply what so ever. I would suggest avoiding this company!

Quality product at a very good price, with quick delivery. The picks are nice and easy to grip and it's easy to play accurately, even for a pick beginner like me. I play bass and this will be my pick from now on.

items not finished and have sharp burrs on the edges not what I'd expect from dunlop products at all, I have to wonder if they're seconds or fakes

pretty good picks. Very tough and more rigid than most other picks of this gauge.

used on mandolin a bright tone slight string noise .not much grip on it ,but otherwise very good

I have tried many plectrums over the years, but this one is my favourite, because of the special material it is made of that gives it a warmer and beefier tone than the standard plastic type plectrums.I also prefer the thickness which gives me better control, feels more direct and causes less noise when passing over the strings. I used to have the standard shape, but I changed to the triangular shape. Why? Because it lasts longer (3 time a long I presume because it has three points)and you can pick it up and be sure you've got the point directed at the strings.So why 4 stars only? Because the standard non-triangular shape picks are available in packs of 72 and this one isn't. Maybe the manufacturer can do something about that?

As a bassist for years i have been hunting down that elusive ideal personal tone. I swapped from using my fingers to a pick a few years ago as i wanted a little more puinch and attack...i came across the ultex picks an wont use anything else...EVER AGAIN.These things are pretty much indestrucable and the size makes them very practical especially during a gig when your hands are sweating..there's plenty to grip onto...and because of the identical 3 playing sides, if it does start to slip all you need to do is spin it round to the next playing edge and away you go!!Superior tone, design, playability and durability!!job well done lop :P
